The hotel grounds are stunning with super gardens. The main pool is surrounded by beautiful mango trees (among others) which provide welcome shade. The staff were wonderful, very attentive and helpful. The food in the restaurant is not exceptional but perfectly good enough to keep us well fed.

A jacuzzi normally uses Warm water not freezing water, as yours do. Another thing that can be improved is the menú at your restaurant. It is very limited. A stair to alllow elderly and limited mobility persons to access the pool would be a great improvement as the only means to enter it is by jumping into it.

The hotel is wonderful for a family stay, love that it was true to their word: pet friendly. They could join us in the restaurant (outside) and by the pool at a safe distant. It very difficult to find a place like that at definitely we will be back. Rooms were clean and tv allowed us to change the language which helo us enjoy a movie or two at night. Service was excellent and staff was always happy to help with a smile.

The Air conditioning system was silent and very efficient. The temperature of the room was perfect which is important when the outdoor temperature is so hot. The room was very comfortable and had an outdoor little table where we could play table games. The swimming pool is outstanding and deep, so it was very comfortable for swimming lovers. The sauna and turco were great as well.

The staff was amazing, everyone give us a great attention in the restaurant and front desk. free parking and the front desk gave me an room upgrade

a wonderful setting in a vast parklike ground with beautiful big trees ( palms, mango etc), somehow hidden on the fringe of a busy town. A perfect place to get a rest from a longer road trip or for a stop on the way back to Bogota. Especially the huge and great pool with super pleasant temperature was perfect for laps swimming and relaxation. Even more since there is another shallow one for kids and one more in the parc area as well a a turkish bath and a "bubble tub"..... If we had known about the place better and earlier, we would have planned to stay a little longer. I read about unremoved dishes etc and couldn`t see any of these complaints justified while we where there and even if- the garden-setting, the spacious room, the design and the very friendly staff and their service would have outweighted it anyway.
